Privacy notice
What I collect
Contact details, business details, your assessment answers, and for the assessment the phone number you declare, call transcripts, summaries, and recordings where you consent and they are available.
Voice interviews
The voice interview is run by an AI voice agent powered by Retell AI. It discloses that it is an AI, explains transcription and recording, and asks for consent before starting. Transcripts and recordings are kept private and deleted after the retention period set in my settings.
Providers
Payments are handled by a payment provider, email by an email provider, and AI drafting by an AI provider. Your answers are sent to the AI provider to prepare drafts.
Service emails are sent when you take an action such as buying an assessment. Marketing email is separate and only sent if you opt in.
Status links
Your private status page is reachable only through a high-entropy link. Anyone holding the link can read it. Keep it private.
