Answer five written questions and pay online. Within 24 elapsed hours after complete answers and confirmed payment, weekends included, you receive one researched recommendation, its cost and your first action. No interview or five-hour refund promise.

From payment to report

  1. Pay securely online.
  2. Once payment is confirmed, start a browser interview or call the number on your private page. Interviews often take 15–20 minutes, with up to 45 available.
  3. I research and edit your report, then email it as HTML/PDF within two business days after your completed assessment.
  4. If fewer than five reclaimable hours per week can be identified, the amount you paid is refunded. This covers potential capacity, not realised savings.
