How the written Mini Assessment and AI-guided Voice Assessment work, what you receive, and what the fees include.
How does the AI interview work?
After payment is confirmed, choose browser calling with your computer microphone and speakers, or dial the phone number on your private status page. Both options provide a one-time access code to say when asked. An AI voice agent powered by Retell AI says it is an AI, explains recording, transcription and storage, then asks one question at a time about your work. Most interviews take 15 to 20 minutes, and up to 45 minutes are available.
What is in the report?
Your primary bottleneck, the hours you could reclaim each week, the tool or approach that fits, your first action, dependencies, and a relevant reusable skill only when your answers justify one. Hours are potential capacity, not cash savings.
When do I get my response?
Mini Assessment ($97): a written response within 24 hours, including weekends, after both answers are submitted and payment is confirmed. Voice Assessment: the emailed HTML/PDF report arrives within two business days after you complete the assessment. Either way I use that time for substantial research and editing—exploring tools and approaches relevant to your business, developing your recommendations, and refining your personalized report into a clear, practical plan. Your private status page shows the due date once it is set.
What if you find less than five hours?
For the Voice Assessment, I refund what you paid if I cannot identify at least five reclaimable hours a week. This is about potential time savings, not guaranteed results. The Mini Assessment does not include this promise.
Does the fee include tools or setup?
No. You receive researched recommendations, not installation or software subscriptions. I include estimated tool costs so you can decide what fits; check current pricing before subscribing.
